Been stuck at this level for ages , dont even have the helicopter key and the device (where can i find them?? Anybody plzzzzzzzzzz)

lmao, its probably down somewhere in the middle of the building. If you're good enough you'll make it there alive. of course this is pure speculation on my part. good luck!
