With XNA Game Studio Express for Microsoft Visual Studio.





You can develop Windows games with it. You can also develop XBOX games with it, but you will need a subscription for doing so.

Learn the foundations of C++ before even thinking of creating a game. Search the internet for any tutorials that will make you resite code in your sleep then thats just the first part. You would need to create everything else, artwork, audio.
