I have the CD but I have a huge hardrive and would rather put all the games I have completely onto the hardrive to where I dont need a CD to play them.Is there a program that does this,I dont think coppying the CD to my computer will work. THANKS
Is it possible to copy a game cd(c%26amp;c Tiberium Sun)to my computer and run it off my PC with no CD?
yeah, google for a NO-CD crack..

Reply:good answers but virtual cd is an altogether easier program to use if you can find it anywhere. try www.softpedia.com or www.majorgeek.com
Reply:yes it will store the games on your computers hard drive so you would,nt have to pop the CD in each time to play the games.
Reply:yeah, you have to take an image from the cd using 'ghost' programs or nero. then install daemon tools and mount(select) the image that you have taken before. then run the game without needing any cd.
Reply:Yes, it is possible, and it is also a good idea. My personal favourite program for performing this is Alcohol 120%.
You can find it here : http://www.alcohol-soft.com/
It does cost money, and I am sure there are free alternatives out there, but I have not run across one that is this good.
Reply:try selecting all the files on the disc and coping them to the hard drive, then pull up the properties page for the game and changing the target location to the location of the files on your hard drive.
Reply:I dont remember how, but i have done it before. i believe it involved something like a drive emulator or some sort of program so it would think the files are on a cd. but like i said, it was a long time ago and my memory is as short as my irish inch.
good luck, i hope this was a little helpful at least.
BTW that is simply a myth about the Irish. it is not true.
Reply:the most possible way to run that game without a CD is to download it from a p2p program
Reply:yea you can copy all the files on the cd and paste it to your harddrive
%26gt;%26gt;go to my computer
%26gt;%26gt;right-click and copy your cd icon
%26gt;%26gt;go to local disk %26gt; program files
%26gt;%26gt;make a new folder and name it
%26gt;%26gt;paste it in the new folder
hope it works
