wat do u mean could they hav??they did hav possesion in the first half and wat the hell materialized outta that??gerrard missed an easy chance.....had he scored......it wudda gone 4 extra time........Milan's first goal was a fluke.......but the second one........oh man........that was talismanic from Inzaghi!


Milan had a good team....Pirlo,Gattuso,Seedorf.....last but not the least.....Kaka.......with strikers like Inzaghi and Gilardino..........and world's best defender.....Alessandro Nesta and Maldini........Dida of course is a pile of ****.........wat more do u need 4 an invincible team??

Hell Yes. Milan were doing NOTHING for most of the game.


Crouch should have come on WAY earlier WTF was he doing on the bench anyway?. The guy scores goals, and creates havoc with his height.


Kewell should have come on earlier too, he didnt have a chance to get into the gamem but he looked up for it. Zenden showed little down his side. Not much of a final was it? I mean even if you were a Milan supporter, you'd be happy with the win, like the Italian national team. But I mean really. Boring other teams and supporters into submission is just not cool.
Reply:Not really becoz Liverpool lacked the scoring ability from th begining of the game all their scorers lacks rythm during the game with late ambition that led to Inzaghi unmarked. Milan deserved it this time around bcos football is all scoring

Honestly I think AC Milan totally deserved the Champions League by the way they played.


But if C. Ronaldo and the other players of ManUtd hadnt played so selfishly against AC Milan in AC Milan then I think ManUtd wld hav gone thru to the finals and defeated Liverpool as they did both times during last season in the Premiership.


My bet is that ManUtd will do exactly that by winning the Champions League this cumin season as they hav got many gud transfers already n mor in the pipeline.

Reply:for the first half the game is control by liverpool but they do not have luck to score a single goal. in the second half the late goal cannot drag the game into penalty that they do in final 2005
Reply:Liverpool did take the game to A.C. Milan, unfortunately they did not take their goal scoring chances. As the game progressed, Milan looked more comfortable with the ball and defended well. As a huge Liverpool fan, in the second half they didn't seem to have that 2005 fighting spirit.
