Depends how young the person your talkin about. Counter Strike tends to have a bit of a realistic-kind blood spatter. e.g. when you shoot somebody in the head with a magnum rifle the guy's head doesn't get blown off or anything, but the way the guy hits the floor is kind of realistic and the wall behind him is covered in blood.
It's a great game, but I wouldn't recommend it for somebody who is still very young.
Is c.s (counter strike) is better game 4 younger generation?
CS is a dangerous game (to my experience mostly weird people play it), play battlefield 2 or World of Warcraft instead.
