Who do you think should be the Captens in the next All-star game....Why?

Who do you think will wear the C's in the next NHL all-star game?
I would like to see the West give the C to Joe Thornton, but Joe Sakic is... Well, Joe Sakic. He is so amazing, that it's hard to argue giving it to him. But, don't be surprised if they give it to Mike Modano if he is on the team. After all, it is in Dallas.





For the East, it will go to Jaromir Jagr, Brendan Shanahan, or Rod Brind'Amour. All of these vets have the stats to make the team, so I wouldn't be surprised to see all of them representing the East. Those who don't get the C will likely get the A's.
Reply:i probably think there going to name crosby as captain....he gots the highest votes on the all star ballots and plus his a great player and shows leadership qualities. and same with the west...joe thorten

Reply:Sakic for the West, I'm thinking... He's got the talent, and I think the players know it. I don't think you can honestly give it to anyone else.





As for the East, I really don't know. I'd like to see Brind'Amour, but Jagr is good too. Both of them could do a very good job.
Reply:Crosby should for the East. I don't know the West enough to comment. As to Crosby he has the talent, the leadership ability, and was the top vote getter.
