That game you will never forget b/c???????
The Game that I will never forget, was the Raiders, Patriots game in 2002 in the snow. As a Raider Fan you might wonder why, if we lost. The Reason why, is because it was the last Raider Game I ever saw with my dad before he past away in late 2002. Wish He actually knew we beat the patriots later that same year in Oakland. and reach the SB after 20yrs. The thing that hurts the most was that Brady knew he had fumbled the ball his fans knew it was a fumble, but once they saw that it could be overturned they acted like it was an incomplete pass. BS. and we lost our confidence(Raiders)(who wouldn't after being screwed by the NFL) and lost the game Minutes later in Overtime. by a field Goal.
Reply:Super Bowl 36. Heaing for 2 weeks how the Patriots had no chance against the "greatest show on turf" and watching as Belichick's bag of tricks ran out and lead evaporated quickly. Madden saying they should play for OT and knowing the Ram offense can no longer be stopped so it is this 1:12 or never.
Reply:The Packer Monday night game against Oakland. My friend lived in the Bay Area and got tickets for it. As a die hard Packer fan I flew out to see it. Then we found out Favre's dad died and didn't even know if he would play. I couldn't believe the show he put on. I never expected when I went to see the game it would go down as one of the defining moments of Favre's career, I will never forget it.
Reply:The BC Hail Mary Pass to Gerard Phelan A last second play to beat Miami 47 to 45 in the Orange Bowl
Reply:Probably the Steelers/Colts Playoff game. Total Chess match and one of the best Playoff games that year. Then the refs stole the interception but the Steelers went on. Then the almost safety at the end right before Bettis' fumble. Then to come down to that Field Goal to tie, and the most accurate Field Goal kicker. Here he was in his own dome. You know he would get it and you know it was going to be OT. Vanderjet shanks it and this time the celebration of victory held true.
Reply:Dallas Vs. Philly on the monday night game when dallas was down in the fourth at philly and Mcnabb gets hurt Roy Williams Intercepts for a touchdown and then we win the game Go Dallas!
Reply:Giants vs. Bills Super Bowl XXV. I am a die-hard Giants fan, and all the talk leading up to the game was that the Giants were going to get run over by the Bills K-Gun Offense. Well, we may have been lucky with the wide right thing, but the game plan of keeping the Bills offense off the field worked wonders. It helps when you have an all-time great at linebacker, yeah I am talking about the real LT. The best part was that the Giants won with a 100 year old running back, and a backu-up quarterback with a hitius mustache.
Reply:ill never forget the game brett favre played after his dad had died. that was his best game he had ever played and he played with such emotion and heart. to do what he did will never be forgotten.
Reply:The Super Bowl between the Seahawks and the Steelers. The reason Ill never forget it was the pathetic calls made by the refs. The Steelers were pretty much handed that game. I know it was the last game for Jerome Bettis and everyone wanted to see him go out a winner in his home town, but my God, did they have to make it so obvious? Those refs should never be allowed to work another Super Bowl.
